Daljeet Kaur, a Punjabi actress, died at Kasba Sudhaar Bazaar.



Daljeet was a renowned actor in the Punjabi cinema industry throughout the 1970s and 1980s. She is well-known for her roles in films such as Daaj, Giddha, Putt Jattan De, Roop Shaqinan Da, Ishaq Nimana, Laajo, Batwara, Vairee Jatt, Patola, Kee Banu Duniya Da, Sohni Mahiwal, Jagga Daku, and Anakh Jattan De, 'Mamla Gadbad Hai,' 'Ki Banu Duniya Da,' 'Sarpanch,'  In Singh VS Kaur, Daljeet played Gippy Grewal's mother (2013).



Daljeet Kaur was also a national Kabaddi and Hockey player in her day. She starred in various superhit Punjabi films, including 'Putt Jattan De,' 'Mamla Gadbad Hai,' and 'Patola.' Daljeet was reportedly undergoing long-term therapy for mental illness. The well-known actress appeared in over 70 Punjabi films, including 10 Hindi films. 


Mika, a singer, expressed his sympathy on Twitter, writing, “The beautiful Actress, Legend of Punjab #Daljeetkaur has sadly left us with her beautiful memories. May god bless her soul and she rest in eternal peace.
